When I first started rowing at home, I thought I might get bored after a while. Well, the complete opposite happened. The more longer I owned it, the more often I started using it.
Note: One big reason that I’ve grown to love my rower is that I can get a powerful, full-body workout in as little as 12-15 minutes. Therefore, I don’t have to give up my exercises for the day even if I’m short on time.
Secondly, I really appreciate the variety in the workouts. For example, sometimes I do a HIIT (High Intensity Intervals) workout. Other times, I choose longer sessions with a sprint at the end.
Plus, you can race or choose one of the pre-programmed workouts on the console. In other words, you can plan a different style workout every day of the week and never get bored.
In addition, I sometimes focus on pushing with my legs more, or pulling with my arms more. This simple change actually makes the workout feel somewhat like a strength-training session.
